Solving Problems

This free information event is for volunteer managers, co ordinators, organisers and leaders of volunteers. We will look at how to prevent problems of difficulties arising with your volunteers, advice on where to seek help and how to spot a problem no one is discussing.
We will look at When things go wrong, loosing volunteers, volunteers not wishing to volunteer with other volunteers, identifying the problem, how to resolve a problem, what to do, where to find help, information and advice.
